Gluten Freeville is pleased to announce our new comprehensive directory and simple online management tools for listers. Your listing is controlled entirely by you at your members panel where you can change listing details, add special promotions, upgrade your listings and much more.
Submission Guidelines:
- Listing must meet the Terms of Use policies
- Please check first to make sure that listing doesn’t already exist
- Only listings which have all fields filled properly will be accepted
- Do not submit your listing more than one time
- Ensure all fields are properly completed in English with correct spelling and grammar
- Submit your listing to the most relevant category
- Listings with no data will result in deleting the whole account
Adding a Free Listing: Add any listing that is not already listed - anyplace you love FREE, as many as you would like to add!For example: Gluten Free Friendly neighborhood stores and restaurants, great doctors who understand the Gluten Free lifestyle, great hotels and cruises that know GF, your support group, any GF events that you participate in, etc.
Directions to add a FREE listing:
It's easier next time: In the future, from the Directory home page, click Member Area in the upper right corner to add more listings or make changes.
- Search to be sure what you want to list is not in the directory already
- Choose Premium Listing and Press the "Add Free Listing" Button (below)
- Create an account with basic information and sign in
Option 1 (Easiest): Use your Facebook ID!
You can use your Facebook Account to create your Directory account and sign in. (We'll only access your name and email address to create your account)- In the Premium section below, click the "Add Free Listing" button.
- Enter your Facebook credentials, and press "Submit" (It might take a couple of minutes to create your account)
- After your account is created you'll be in the Member Section. Click the the leftmost link "Add a Listing".
- The default price is set to "Free" so press the "Submit" button.
- Enter your listing details and select the most applicable category the listing will appear.
- Press the "Submit" button. Your listing will appear after its approved.
Option 2 (Still pretty easy): Create a Directory Account!
You can Add a New Directory Account by selecting that option and complete the Required fields (they have "Required" next to them)- In the Premium section below, click the "Add Free Listing" button.
- Select the choice "I'm a new user - Add a new Directory Account." You'll enter lots of information on this page.
- Enter your User Information, Listing Information and Category and your Account information (with the Required fields)
- When you've finished, press the "Submit" button. Your listing will appear after its approved.
As a business you can:
- Claim and manage your listing that a customer added
- Upgrade your listing from Premium (free) to Showcase for many upgraded features
- Set up a banner ad to be seen on all pages at either the top of page, bottom of page, or side of page

- Two Listing Views - click through to more information

- Badges available: Gluten Free Menu, Certified Gluten Free, Gluten Free Facility
- Reasonable yearly fee - no monthly billing to worry about
- Reviews appear directly on your listing
- Contact form included for customers to easily reach you
- Choose up to three categories in which your listing can appear
Directions to Add a Showcase Listing:
- Follow the directions on the "Adding a Free Listing Tab" to create your account.
- In the upper right corner of the Home page, click on the Member Section.
- Click the leftmost link "Manage Listings"
- Click on the name the listing you want to upgrade to Showcase.
- Click on the Edit Level link, Select Premium and follow the payment instructions.
- After you've paid for the Showcase listing you'll be able to add photos and most listing details.
Directions to Claim an existing Listing:
Contact us for special pricing if you have more than one location that you would like to list.
- Search the Directory to find your listing.
- Press the link on the listing "Are you the owner?"
- Below the listing, sign into the Directory with your Facebook or Directory account information.
- Follow the directions and press "Next" to submit your claim.
- Your claim will be reviewed promptly and when its approved it you can manage it by signing into the Member Section.
Premium $FREE
- Premium level listings appear in search results.
- Premium listings appear in one category. You can optionally elect additional categories for the listing.
- Title, Address, Phone, Fax, Web Link, E-Mail Link, Summary Description, Send to a Friend, Add to Favorites, Designation Icon, Ratings and Reviews.

Showcase Click for Pricing
- Showcase level listings appear in search results above Premium listings.
- Listings appear up to three categories. You can optionally elect additional categories for the listing.
- Showcase level listings can post Coupons for special promotions.
- Contains Detail View and Summary View.
